If there is no setup or install file, as is often the case with single file programs – for example Metapad as seen here
you
will have to perform a manual install. Fortunately this is
pretty easy. Here's what you have to do. Click on the Up button,
right click, hold it and drag the program folder over
into the Program Files folder (although you can put it
anywhere you like – it doesn't much matter.
